EMI & CASHBACK POLICY

  • Terms & Conditions for Cashback and EMI offers on Credit / Debit Cards:

    1. Order Cancellations: If a product is cancelled or returned, the order will not be eligible for Affordability.

    2. Returns: The product should be returned within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase.

    3. EMI Processing: Your EMI provider will take 7-8 working days to process your EMI. Once processed, your EMI will be charged monthly according to your credit card billing cycle. EMI conversion is subject to your issuing bank's discretion. Always check with your provider for details.

    4. No Cost EMI: For No Cost EMI, you pay an amount during the EMI tenure equivalent to the product price shown during the transaction. Your bank will still charge interest, which is provided to you as an upfront discount.

    5. Refunds & EMI: If you get a refund, your transaction is cancelled and the amount is credited to your card. However, for EMI cancellation, contact your issuing bank. Banks might have cancellation or pre-closure charges. Please check with your bank regarding how refunds affect your EMI.

    6. Cart Additions: Customers can add multiple items to their cart. No Cost EMI discount is calculated only for eligible items.

    7. Partial Order Cancellations: For such cancellations, the respective amount will be refunded. However, the EMI continues as per bank policy. Always reach out to banks for policy details.

    8. Exchange Bonus: Bonus on device exchange is valid only for in-store purchases.

    9. Multiple Product Cart: If a customer's cart has multiple products and only one product is eligible for cashback, and that product is refunded, the customer won't get the cashback.

    10. Delayed Payments: Customers delaying credit card bill payments will incur the interest rate mentioned in the statement.
